Product Return Eligibility:

- Only sealed and undamaged items are eligible for return.
- ThingsLinker reserves the right to accept product returns at its discretion.
Return Process:

- Provide your order details, including the order number and reason for return, to our customer service representative.
- Upon approval, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
- Securely package the item(s) to be returned, ensuring they are in their original condition.
- Ship the package back to us at the address provided, using a trackable shipping method. Please note that any expenses incurred for returning a product to ThingsLinker will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Return Refund:
- Upon receiving the returned item(s) and verifying their condition, we will initiate the refund process.
- The product price will be refunded in full. However, shipping forward and return charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refunds are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days after receiving the returned item(s).
- The time for the refunded amount to be credited to the original payment method may vary depending on the payment gateway, ranging from 1 to 14 days.
Order Cancellation Policy:
Before Order Shipment:
- If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, a flat 0% order cancellation charge applies.

After Order Shipment:
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, if you no longer want the order, please refuse to accept the delivery and request the courier to return it to us unopened.
- Refunds for refused deliveries will be initiated within 2 business days after the parcel is received back at our office.
- In such cases, while the product price return is 100%, please note that shipping forward and return charges are chargeable. The balance will be refunded to you after deducting these fees.
- If the parcel has been opened, returned items will be verified, and the refund will be initiated within 3 business days after verification.
